Regenerative Joint Clinics accepts referrals for non-surgical knee, hip, shoulder, and other joint pain care in Riverdale, Georgia. Appointments are Monday through Thursday. Call us and we will contact your patient to schedule.

Please send:
- Patient demographics and insurance information
- The reason for referral and the joint or joints involved
- Recent imaging reports and relevant notes, if available
A referral form is not required. Your own referral sheet or a printout from your EHR is fine.
Who to refer
- Knee, hip, or shoulder osteoarthritis
- Joint pain that has not responded to rest, home exercise, or physical therapy
- Patients who want to avoid or delay surgery, or who are not surgical candidates
- Patients who need knee or back bracing, or a documented course of conservative care
What we offer
- Corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid, and platelet-rich plasma injections
- Image-guided injections and joint aspiration
- Unloader knee braces and back bracing
- Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and imaging
- Physical therapy coordinated by referral
We do not perform surgery. Patients who progress toward surgery are sent back to your office with their conservative care documented.
What your office receives
Your office receives faxed updates as your patient moves through care, beginning with the first scheduled visit, sent to the fax number on file for your practice. If you would like these sent to a different number, tell us when you refer.
Insurance
We accept Original Medicare (Part B) and the Medicare Advantage and commercial plans listed on our insurance page. Brace coverage depends on the patient’s plan and is confirmed before anything is ordered.
